"Romulus" was my first engine started June 1997 & finished in 50 weeks.

"Tinkerbelle" was my second engine. I made the patterns for the castings, total build time one
year.
|
|
|

Due to the tight curves on my track I decided I needed an articulated engine, So I designed & built this garratt, it took a year.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Having built the garratt I liked the flexibility but did'nt need the power, so I built the single fairley,at the time I did'nt know such an engine existed.
